It’s been awfully quiet on this blog for the last couple months…. but fear not! There’s no reason to worry. I’ve just been awfully busy.

Today I finished an artist-in-residence project at Kunsthal45 in Den Helder (NL) where I made an entirely new work, a naval mine made from transparent organza as part of my soft series. The project will be on view until the 13th of August at the Kunsthal.

Lots of events are coming up meanwhile and after this exhibition, among which:
– Nasty Women Exhibition in Mexico at the Museo Memoria y Tolerancia in Mexico City,
– Utrecht Down Under in (of course) Utrecht,
– And my work will be part of the annual Fotoroute at Windkracht 13 Gallery, Den Helder.

For an extensive overview of all my future plans, please see my >website<

For now, here are some photos of the freshly finished naval mine. The results are really nice, the colours look different from every angle.
